The Houston Methodist Administrative Fellowship Program offers an 18-month rotation-based curriculum. The first month focuses on meeting with senior leadership throughout the organization and learning about key initiatives. Following the orientation period, fellows begin their Core Rotations and then transition into Elective Rotations, providing opportunities to tailor and optimize their experience.
Cathy Easter, President and CEO of Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services and Senior Vice President of Community Development, serves as the Executive Sponsor, collaborating with the fellows to guide their experiences.
