We are looking for an exceptional candidate, ideally at the associate professor level or higher, with a strong background in women's cardiovascular health. This pivotal position includes an endowed chair and additional resources dedicated to launching a fellowship program in women's health as well extensive institution resources for building a robust research program. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
As the Director for the Center for Women's Heart Health, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the Center, encompassing research, patient care, education, and community engagement.
- Spearheading groundbreaking research initiatives focused on women's cardiovascular health, fostering collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and scientists.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- An MD or PhD in a relevant field (Cardiology, Cardiovascular Epidemiology, Women's Health, or related).
- Board certification in Cardiology or a related specialty.
- A track record of significant research achievements in women's cardiovascular health.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or healthcare settings.
- A profound commitment to patient-centered care and equity in healthcare.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
