Houston Methodist is excited to share that it is embarking on a groundbreaking endeavor. We recently broke ground on a brand new comprehensive care center near our preexisting Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Cinco Ranch. This facility will be incredibly technologically advanced, revolutionizing patient care. From automated medication inventory systems to patient check-in kiosks, the new location will make service much easier and more efficient.
This care center is only one part of a much broader expansion in the Katy area, which also includes other projects like a new ER observation unit and more operating rooms in Houston Methodist West hospital. These efforts are projected to create around 300 health care jobs by 2030. This will further cement Houston Methodist as the leading medical institution in Texas.
