Houston Methodist is excited to share that Forbes released its annual ‘Best Employers by State’ list. Houston Methodist hospital system is proud to be #1 employer in the state of Texas for 2024.
To compile 2024’s ‘Best Employers by State’ list, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey over 160,000 people working at companies with at least 500 employees nationwide. Participants shared on a scale how likely they were to recommend their employer and to evaluate organizations and employers they knew within their industry. Responses were then tallied and incorporated into a scoring system by state.
In total, 1,294 organizations across the United States and the District of Columbia made this year’s list. Houston Methodist is honored to be recognized as the #1 health care system and employer in Texas.
