Houston Methodist Among the Best Employers For New Grads Forbes 2024

Forbes published its ‘America’s Best Employers for New Graduates’ 2024 list. Out of the 400 recognized organizations in different industries and across the US, Houston Methodist was ranked #19 as a Best Employer for New Grads. Even more notably, out of the 25 health systems included on the list, Houston Methodist sits proudly at #2.

Forbes, with Statista, surveyed over 100,000 employees with less than ten years of work experience who worked for companies with a minimum of 1,000 US employees. The survey asked if respondents would recommend their employer to others and rate their organization based on conditions, flexibility, company image, inclusion, compensation, benefits and advancement opportunities. After translating the data into a scoring system, the 400 employers with the highest scores are listed in Forbes’ Best Employers for New Grads, including 25 health systems.

Houston Methodist is devoted to leading the next generation of health care professionals, and we believe that earning the second highest health system ranking on Forbes’ Best Employers for New Grads is a true testament to that commitment.
