Newsweek officially released its 2024 list of the World’s Best Hospitals. We are excited to announce that Houston Methodist Hospital is among the top 43 U.S.-based hospitals recognized, out of the 250 hospitals listed globally.
Newsweek partnered with Statista to rank 2,400 hospitals across 30 different countries. Scores were based on online surveys of more than 85,000 experts and public data from post-hospitalization patient surveys on general satisfaction. The final scores also considered hygiene, patient/physician ratio and Patient Reporting Outcome Measures usage.
Of the 250 ‘best hospitals’ named worldwide, 43 are based in the U.S. this year, and Houston Methodist Hospital is proud to be one of them.
