Houston Methodist is delighted to announce another massive achievement for our community. Forbes has officially released its America’s Best Large Employers list for 2023, and Houston Methodist is honored to be ranked #2 this year as a Best Large Employer in the nation.
Partnering with the market research firm, Statista, Forbes compiled a list of the top large employers in the US based on employee insights. Forbes determined rankings by surveying 45,000 employees working at various organizations with at least 5,000 employees. The institutions surveyed spanned several industries and US states. The survey asked whether workers would “recommend” their current employers to friends and family on a scale of 0 to 10. In addition, participants identified other employers they would recommend to loved ones. The final Forbes America’s Best Large Employers list ranks 500 large employers that received the most recommendations, and Houston Methodist proudly sits at #2 this year.
